This site is operated by Badi Digital (Bahadır Danış). By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the site
badidigital.com exists to present our services, show our work and receive project requests. The information on the site is general in nature.
3. Filling in a form is not a contract
Submitting the project or brand form does not place an order or create a contract. We assess your request and reply in writing with scope, timeline and price. Work starts only when that proposal is mutually accepted.
4. Proposals and pricing
Unless stated otherwise, proposals are valid for 14 days. If the scope changes, timeline and price are set again.
5. Intellectual property
- The design, text, imagery and software on this site belong to Badi Digital and may not be copied without permission.
- Rights to the work produced for you transfer to you when payment is complete. Different terms can be agreed in writing.
- By sending us material (logo, text, images) you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it.
6. Portfolio use
We may show completed work in our portfolio. If you prefer we don't, telling us is enough; we won't.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held responsible for outages caused by third-party services (hosting, platform APIs). Our liability for delivered work is limited to the amount paid for that work.
8. Use of AI
We use AI tools in our production processes. Review and approval of delivered work always rests with a human; we are happy to explain the methods used on request.
9. Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
