Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice

What we collect and why, where it lives, how long it stays and how you have it deleted.

In short: we only collect data when you write to us yourself. No ad trackers, no profiling, no selling of data. You can ask for deletion at any time; we delete.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

a) When you write to us

The information you provide in the project and brand forms: name, email, phone, company name, address, service area, budget range and the free text describing your project. Which fields you fill is up to you; only the required fields are mandatory.

b) Technical records created automatically

The site is served on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps records such as IP address and browser information on its own infrastructure to block attacks and abuse. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and we do not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we process it

  • To prepare a proposal for your request and reply to you (pre-contract preparation — KVKK art. 5/2-c).
  • If the work is accepted, to carry it out and stay in touch.
  • Legal retention and evidence obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Where it lives, who sees it

Form records are stored on Badi Digital's own computer. A summary of the form is sent to us over Telegram so we get notified quickly; Telegram therefore acts as a service provider (data processor). We use Cloudflare for hosting. Beyond these, your data is shared with no one.

5. How long it stays

  • If a proposal is made but no work starts: deleted after 12 months.
  • If work starts: for the duration of the engagement and the statutory retention period afterwards.
  • If you want it deleted earlier, we delete it on request.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Writing to [email protected] is enough; we resolve requests within 30 days at the latest.

7. Our publishing operations and platform APIs

Badi Digital uses the official platform APIs to manage its own publishing channels. This use is limited to our own accounts; visitor data is never sent to these APIs.

  • YouTube API Services: used to upload videos to our own channels and manage descriptions and playlists. By using this service you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. For how Google handles data, see the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke app access to your Google account at any time in your Google security settings.
  • Meta / Instagram: used to publish content to our own Instagram account.
  • TikTok: used to upload content to our own TikTok account.

8. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical records required for the site to function (Cloudflare security logs) are created.

9. Changes

If this notice is updated, the date below changes. For significant changes we also add a notice to the form.
